CONFIRMATION PROGRAM

For teens in 7th grade through High School.
It is a two year program of preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation which focuses on the study of the Holy Bible, our spiritual life, prayer life, moral life, sacramental life, and the daily living of the Corporal & Spiritual Works of Mercy as a disciple of Jesus. All candidates must attend Mass each Sunday, attend a mandatory retreat, complete studies and homework, Works of Mercy (20 hours per year) and attend the mandatory rehearsal prior to Confirmation. Junior High Program Teens enrolled in Jr. High (7th-8th grade) meet twice monthly for two years in the lower level of the Worship Center on selected Sundays 9:30-11:30 am in English or Spanish or twice monthly on Saturday mornings 9:00-11:00 am in English and 9:00-11:30 am in Spanish. High School Program Teens enrolled in High School meet for two years on selected Tuesday evenings from 6:30-8:30 p.m. in the Worship Center. |
